Just off the crossroads, this excellent free house is close to the heart of the village. Dating back to 1723, with bags of charm and atmosphere in which to enjoy good food that is reasonably priced, with everything from steaks and mixed grills to curries and pasta. Dixons Major is the house ale and worth a try!
