Had evening meal here in July this year, with my husband and daughter and it was lovely. We ordered our food in the bar area, where we sat on comfortable leather sofa's, with a drink. Our wait was not long before we were taken into the dining room. Our food was all freshly cooked and really delicious. We will certainly return.

Treated my brother and his wife to Sunday lunch here while visiting them today, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We all ate every scrap, we weren't rushed at all, and the food was plentiful and nice and hot. Of particular note was the home made soup, and the lovely home-made gravy. Thank you merrimans.
