A fine example of a superior Gastro Pub within an historic building dating back to 1730. Now run by the highly professional Paul & Anna Reed who have been recognised by Michelin and serve some excellent contemporary cuisine with a wonderful Fish Pie and Rabbit with local Cider, Honey, Rosemary & Cream, a particular favourite. Well worth a visit.

Now managed by Heather & David Chuck, who are rightly proud of their excellent home made country cooking, with a nice choice of dishes, including fresh fish, served lunchtimes and evenings. The Tuesday Curry Night is well worth a try and the Sunday lunch is as good as it gets! Regular music at weekends.
