Steeped in history, this former courthouse serves excellent ales and a wonderful array of fine home cooked food and is run by the highly professional Pamela & Tony. The beers include IPA, Wherry and Adnams and some of the food highlights are fresh Cod & Home-made Chips and Sunday Carvery coming soon. Kids are welcomed and smaller portions are served if required. All in all well worth a visit!

The Magpie is a lovely little local pub now run by Bill and Jane Wright, who have created a friendly atmosphere where everyone is made to feel welcome. Jane serves honest home-made food with popular dishes such as Ham, Egg & Chips, Chilli and a fantastic Sunday Roast. There is a good choice of drinks including well kept ales like Greene King IPA and Doom Bar. All in all a great place for the whole family.
