This family run, C15th former Coaching Inn has been brought back to life by Fred and Clara. They offer sumptuous home made food including a delightful specials board. The vegetables are hand picked from the local farm and the wines are even selected by the villagers. That is customer service!

It is important to realise that whilst the Fish & Chips are delicious, there is much much more to this venue. The breakfast is excellent and there are some mouth watering home cooked dishes like Beef Casserole with Dumplings, Shepherd’s Pie and for dessert, Apple Crumble. Great coffees, teas and cakes too.
