Named after the Corksand Light ship, this super pub has balconies with excellent sea views. There’s a beautiful new restaurant, entirely non smoking, where you can savour traditional English food from fresh fish & chips to succulent steaks. Live music 3 times a week. Booking is advisable.

Situated close to the seafront with delightful open views over the water from the new conservatory and now run by Hugh and Claire. There is a lovely range of dishes served in the restaurant, with a terrific community spirit in the bar which welcomes locals and newcomers and boasts 3 well kept real ales.

Mark & Lorraine have totally refreshed this bright modern bar. Lots of stainless steel and mirrors create a trendy feel, complemented by the comfort of soft leather sofas! This popular restaurant is efficiently managed by Amanda Adams and is now open from 6.30am ‘til 11pm. The traditional menu is always available and there are now a growing range of healthy options like toasted deli sandwiches and salads at less than 3% fat. Kids love their own menu which comes with a gift.
