John Welbourn runs an extremely friendly local that is at the very heart of the community. He welcomes locals, newcomers and is very accommodating of families. The real ales include IPA and there are 2 guests which are regularly changed and you’ll find plenty of fun with regular karaoke and popular bands.

This lovely, C16th, atmospheric, former farmhouse boasts low ceilings, beams and a cosy real fire and is the perfect place in which to enjoy excellent real ales which include IPA, Abbot and an extensive range of specialist ciders. The food is good old fashioned traditional pub food with all your favourites like Lamb Shank, Fresh Pies, and Fish & Chips. So much to say, there really is something for everyone! Lynn & Debra serve London Pride and IPA and a comprehensive range of pub food, with probably the best burgers in Potton. Lots of themed nights and kids have their own play cottage which is covered by cctv. 3 large screens for sport, pool, darts and petanque; what more could you want!
