Pat Levy originally moved to The Ramsholt Arms because he felt it was a wonderful environment for his young family. Just a glimpse of the location which you view after a meander down a single track road and you will see why Pat was so entranced. Pat has an enviable job. He creates wonderful fresh fish dishes and lots of seasonal game and works in one of the most beautiful waterside settings imaginable. Pay him a visit, taste his food and watch the sunset, both are magnificent!

Jason has already had considerable experience for one so young! He started his career with Harrods and has gained useful knowledge via a diverse range of appointments ranging from large hotel chains to small, intimate pubs. His ethos is simple; he doesn’t believe in fussy food, but likes to produce excellent, ‘home cooked’ food with minimum fuss and maximum taste. Utilisng local produce where possible, allowing customers to make suggestions and even accepting their produce, he truly is at one with the people he is serving.

Michael Murray has brought all of his vast experience in catering to fruition at the delightful Norton Dog. Michael has had a successful and diverse career in catering and has been involved in many areas. Working in pubs, hotels, University colleges as well as with major brands such as Cafe Rouge and Marker Warner has given Michael a very rounded view of the industry both in this country and Europe. His seasonal menus at The Norton Dog are a testiment to all the knowledge he has gained over the years.

Gaetano Iaconianni or Tony to his English friends was born in Calabria in the south of Italy, which is where he developed his passion for both food and poetry. He has produced two volumes of poems entitled ‘Escape From Reality’. When you visit his cosy venue and enjoy his delightful and innovative Italian cuisine, perhaps sampling a bowl of Fusilli Braciole, a pork loin speciality, ask him for a copy of his books and you will surely be able to escape from reality for a few brief moments!

They have created a comfortable, fun venue and wish to show their appreciation to their loyal customers.
